The best experience - both before booking, when I had some questions to the booking but especially how easy it was to get in contact with the customer team when we the night before wanted to re-schedule the time a bit, quick reply and the change was possibly. The driver came on time, was very polite, and good in English. Drove safe and was good In telling about both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We would definitely book from kiwi TAXA again and recommend them.

The driver was very kind and told me about the area in Turkey where I was going I didn't know much about it, we had a nice conversation, the car arrived on time also :) the website is very easy to use and make a booking

Driver was early. Transfer from our hotel in Barcelona to the port in Tarragona, Spain. The driver tried to drop us off at the Amusement park that is 8 miles from the port. He was a Ukrainian immigrant that had been in Barcelona for 2 months did not speak English or Spanish. Nor did he have a valid EU drivers license. We thought he was going to be arrested once we got to the port and the security looked at his papers. But finally arrived.

Excellent return transfers in Barcelona by Eugenio, best driver we have ever had. He had communicated really well for both trips, was on time, drove safely but best of all carried and sorted all 5 pieces of luggage, on both trips, and even ran and secured a trolley at the airport on our return journey. When beyond what we expect. Wonderful

I used Kiwitaxi both ways in Turkey: from the airport and back. Good support, everything on time, VIP van with fresh cold water. The drivers were well-organized and attentive. Just perfect!
I definitely recommend it.

absolutely terrible. less then 12 hours before the flight, they sent me an email at 22:30 saying that they dont have a driver for me (I booked the transfer several weeks before the flight). luckly I wasent sleeping yet and saw it and had to find a new transfer in the middle of the night, few hours before the flight. any request for reimbursement was denied. we had to find a transfer on our own in the airport, with 4 kids while paying much more! also our booking included 4 child seats which was very hard to find. nightmare.

I was extremelly disappointed with KiwiTaxi's service.
Booking was easy and confirmed, however they cancelled my booking 6 hours before I needed to travel.
This put me in an awful position to try and find a transfer at last minute...which also pushes up prices.
They apologised and offered a 20% discount on the next booking.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked again...but guess what!?? They cancelled my confirmed booking again.

Very bad Service. We expected to have a clean vehicle but the taxi was dirty and the drivers chosen by kiwi are really rude and non professional. Our driver was driving fast and about to crush another car. No space for luggage. Kiwi speaks only russian and their english is very bad. none to talk to. The transfer was for an arrival to Marrakech.

Ordered transfer from Dubai airport. Comes to the meeting point - was nobody there, called for phone they provided for 15 mins till get answer. It comes some guy and sad we need to wait. We wait 20 mins and go to the car parking. There was no car, we wait more 20 mins in 40C hot.

do not use this service - usual taxi in Dubai works much faster and comfortable

We ordered taxi from Szeged to Budapest,very profesionaly informing us day before,on same day driver contacted us with all info we needed.Trawelling was great same as driver Peter highly profesional.
I am very satisfied and i would highly recomend,i am sure i will use it in future again.

Transfer in Italy
It was excelellent! I was so tired after the flight and I had no desire to look for the driver, I was hoping it would be like in the movies. And it was so! The driver was standing right in front of the exit from the airport building with the nameplate!!! I was pleasantly surprised. He politely took me to the car, helped with my bags.
The car was in perfect condition, very comfortable, during the ride the driver briefly told me about the sights along the way. It was unforgettable...
I was so satisfied with the begining of my trip that my vacation continued to be wonderful!

I booked airport transfer to the hotel and back in Porto, Portugal. The whole booking experience was excellent and the driver was on time, helpful and polite. His car was modern, clean and exactly what we need for a family of 4. It whole process was very smooth and I can only recommend it.

Booked a kiwitaxi a few weeks ago, 12 hours before the journey they cancelled on us leaving us completely stranded, with no alternative means of transport.

As of yet we still haven’t been given a refund.

Terrible customer service. Would definitely not trust them with our transfers again or recommend them to anyone.
